A skin fade takes the sides and back down to bare skin and blends them seamlessly up into the length on top. There is nowhere to hide on a fade — the blend either works or it doesn't — so our barbers take the time to get the gradient smooth and the lines crisp. Low, mid, high, or a drop fade around the ear: tell us where you want the line to sit and we'll build it there.
Fades are the most requested cut in the shop and the one we're best known for in Secord. Pair it with a beard trim and lineup and you get a fully finished look, edges squared off and everything moving in the same direction.
Because skin fades grow out faster than a tapered cut, most clients come back every two to three weeks to keep the blend tight. Book online or walk in — we'll fit you in when we can.
